Why do most people surprisingly die in their homes, villages, cities, and countries? Why do a people unexpectedly perish? Why do adversaries succeed with their evil plot? Why do horrible things happen to innocent people?

Simple Answer: When accurate warnings of specific disasters or calamity go unheeded because in many cases event foretold has “never happened before”; when a people see impending doom or receive visions of looming disaster but failed to take action; when warnings of ticking disaster are disregarded; when writings on the wall are not processed nor believed, much less act upon them.
